Chris has been in the industry for a number of years and also is very keen on caravanning, he enjoys going off on holidays in his own caravan with his family. He is well known within the industry and has a wealth of knowledge which is second .

Karen

Sales Executive

Karen has over ten years experience and is a trusted member of our team. She has amassed a wealth of knowledge within her sales expertise. She is also responsible for handovers and is most efficient in her knowledge of the working of the caravans.

Richard

Sales Executive

Richard is a valuable team member who progressed from valeting to a successful salesperson. He has exceptional knowledge of all products and goes the extra mile for customers. He'll guide you through the entire sales process, from initial visit to handover and collection.

Stevie

Administration Lead

Stevie works in the administration office and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the company. She schedules appointments for van handovers and ensures that everything runs smoothly. She works closely with our general manager to accomplish these tasks.

Tracey

Aftersales Administrator

Tracey is a key point of contact in the Aftersales Department, providing support for servicing, warranty, and post-sales inquiries. With her expertise and a team of technicians, she can guide you through the entire process.

Claire

Aftersales Administrator

Claire began in the accessory shop and is now the Workshop Administrator, a vital member of the Aftersales team. Her extensive knowledge of caravan parts and accessories allows her to address any post-sales inquiries or warranty issues you may have.

Sue

Shop Assistant

Stevie manages our parts and accessory shop, offering excellent product knowledge and customer service. She is a friendly voice on our telephone switchboard as well.

Sean

Valetor

Sean is a valued member of our team, taking great pride in his work to make our caravans look fantastic both inside and out. He pays close attention to detail, ensuring exceptional results.

The rest of the team

The rest of the team consists of: Warranty & After Sales, Technicians, Sales Team, Valeters, Shop Sales assistants and administration assistants.

Bicester Caravan and Leisure is a well established family business, we are passionate about caravans and being caravaners ourselves we know firsthand what it is like to buy a caravan, maintain it and take it out on tour.
